Took first place solving complex algorithmic problems against the clock — data structures, optimization, and correctness under time pressure.
Engineer who likes the unglamorous parts.
I'm a full-stack engineer from Ambato, Ecuador, working backend-first across Ruby, TypeScript, and Go. The parts of the job I enjoy most are the ones nobody screenshots — schemas, queues, and migrations — the decisions that determine whether a system stays calm under load.
Most of my work has been end-to-end product engineering: leading a Scrum team on Gendocs V3, shipping features on TAPinto.net with an English-first U.S. team, and architecting the two-week migration of the Lideser export ERP. I'm an AWS Certified Solutions Architect, and increasingly pointed at fintech — Tickbase is where that's heading.
I studied Software Engineering at the Technical University of Ambato, and I'm open to remote roles with U.S. / E.U. product teams.
Honors & Awards
Placed third building a financial solution with AI integration — the project that became FoppyAI and pointed me toward fintech.
